Our Approach
MindWires, LLC has created its Educational Technology Market Analysis Service to help organizations better navigate the challenging Ed Tech landscape by sharing insights into institutional strategy, market trends, and our knowledge of stakeholder perceptions. These enhanced services combine analysis for several overlapping markets–LMS, OPM, and associated EdTech platforms such as Video Conferencing.
Our service will help your firm understand:
- The current, overarching factors driving institutional decision-making in proceeding with an LMS, OPM and additional EdTech Tools and the key key issues institutions are currently considering when evaluating vendor solutions;
- Key insights or challenges by institutional type when stakeholders consider whether to migrate, decide to proceed, make their selections, and work towards implementation, based on MindWires’ experience as a go-to advisor for institutions of every flavor; and
- Market trend analyses using data from multiple sources, including LISTedTECH’s proprietary database, to show which platforms are gaining and losing market share, our insights into these shifts based on our custom market analysis and consulting engagement experiences.
Service Offerings
The Big Picture Report
With the global pandemic, there are several product categories that have become even more important than before, as institutions face existential questions about their strategy for online and hybrid education, and how various EdTech tools support the institutional missions. The landscapes are changing, and the product categories continue to overlap and change.
MindWires produces a series of Big Picture reports that cover LMS, OPM, and associated EdTech platform markets, including combined analysis showing the impact of one market on the other. Subscribers to our EdTech Market Analysis service will receive these reports as they are produced, and the reports can be shared with anyone in your organization. Reports generally range from 20-30 pages long. The primary reports will come out once per year, augmented by (new) special reports that cover emerging topics and market updates throughout the year.
Subscriber Newsletter
Keep up to date with additional newsletters and bonus content on the latest developments as they occur in these changing markets. The newsletter will provide more real-time market coverage, analyzing news items and discussing what new developments will mean for institutions, vendors, and investors.
Analyst Briefings
We schedule Analyst sessions for one hour. You control the agenda and the guest list. We bring an initial slide deck with data addressing your key topics. These sessions give your firm the opportunity to ask any questions arising from a report, dive deeper into issues or trends discussed in the reports, focus on a topic of particular interest to your firm, etc.
Private Discussion Access
We support brief Q&A type discussions in private channels (e.g., email and Discourse) to allow members the ability to interact with us in between analyst briefings. This service is designed to allow follow-up discussion, clarifications on newsletters, and generally to increase our ability to converse with members.
